Khatti Meethi Chutney

  INGREDIENTS  GOOSEBERRY -200 GM JAGGERY -150 GM MUSTARD OIL -2.5 TBSP FENUGREEK SEEDS -1 TSP FENNEL SEEDS - 1TBSP METHOD Firstly wash and steam gooseberry (amla) and remove its seeds. Now mash all steamed gooseberry. Take apan with mustard oil and heat it. Add all spices like fennel seeds , fenugreek seeds , black salt , black pepper, red chilli powder and jaggery. Stir it till it became soft and thick.  Cool this mix for 15 minutes and pour it in jar. You can use it for 1 month . For more easy and quick recipes  follow me.
