Salad


INGREDIENTS

BOILED KABULI CHANA -1 CUP
CUCUMBER 🥒 - 1 CHOPPED
CARROT 🥕 - 1 GRATED
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
BLACK SALT - LITTLE BIT
BLACK PEPPER - 1/4 TSP
POMEGRANATE - 1/2
CURRY LEAVES - 8 ( FOR TEMPERING)
MUSTARD SEEDS - 2 TSP
PEANUTS - 9 PIECES
GHEE - LITTLE BIT
CURD - 1 BOWL
COTTAGE CHEESE - 1/2 GRILLED & CUT INTO PIECES.

 METHOD

 Take a bowl of  curd and add boiled chana,  carrot and cucumber 🥒. Then add  spices.
 Then make a tempering( peanuts ,ghee, curry leaves, and mustard seeds)and mix into it.
Add pomegranate in a bowl of curd.
Now grilled cottage cheese on the other side. 
Your healthy, chilled, yummy salad bowl is ready to serve with fiber, protein,iron and vitamins.
