INGREDIENTS SAMOLINA- 1.5 CUP WATER - 2 CUP OIL - 5 DROPS SALT - LITTLE BIT MUSTARD SEEDS 1.5 TBSP CURRY LEAVES π -2 LEAVES OIL OR GHEE - 1 TBSP PIRI PIRI MASALA - 1 TSP METHOD - Bring water to a gentle boil and season it with a pinch of salt and half a teaspoon of oil. Slowly shower in the semolina, stirring with love until it comes together. Cover it with a lid and let it rest for 10 minutes, allowing the warmth to work its magic. Once the mixture has cooled, shape it into tiny, soft balls—little bites of comfort waiting to bloom. In a pan, let mustard seeds dance in hot oil, followed by the fragrant whisper of curry leaves. Add a touch of red chilli powder and a sprinkle of puri-puri masala, then gently coat the semolina balls in this aromatic tempering. Every bite is soft like a cloud, kissed with gentle spices and filled with comforting flavours.
