DUM AALOO
INGREDIENTS
BABY POTATOES - 200 GM
CURD -1 BIG SPOON
ONIONS - 2 CHOPPED FINELY
GARLIC ,& GINGER PASTE - 2 TBSP
GREEN CHILLI PASTE - 1 TBSP
MUSTARD OIL - 2 TBSP
TOMATOES 🍅 - 2 PASTE
MUSTARD SEEDS - 1 TSP
CUMIN SEEDS - 1 TSP
BAY LEAF - 1
CINEMON - 1 PIECE
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER -1 TSP
KASURI METHI - 2 TSP
GREEN CORRIANDER LEAVES - CHOPPED 1 BUNCH
GARAM MASALA - 1 TSP
DRY CORRIANDER POWDER - 1 TBSP
METHOD
Firstly boil baby potatoes by giving 2 whistles in a pressure cooker and peel them .
After colling potatoes fork it in all sides by fork.
Add mustard oil , seeds , cinnamon , cumin seeds and bay leaf in a pan.
Now add onions , ginger ,garlic , chilli paste in it and roast it well.
Add curd and cover a lid for a moment for releasing oil .
Now add potatoes and 1/2 cup of water in it .
At last garnish it with kasuri methi , coriander and full fat cream .
You can keep gravy as thick as you like .
Serve hot dum aloo ,with chapati and rice .
