PUNJABI CURRY


INGREDIENTS

SOUR CURD - 3 CUP
BESAN -3 BIG SPOON
GARLIC - 8 PIECES
MUSTARD SEEDS -2 TBSP
GHEE -1 TBSP
GREEN CURRY LEAVES - 10
DRY RED CHILLI  - 3
ASAFOETIDA - 1 TSP
ONION - 1 CHOPPED
GREN CHILLI - 5 CHOPPED
METHI DANA - 2 TBSP
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER - OPTIONAL
OIL - 2 CUP ( FOR PAKODAS)
  
METHOD

Take curd and mix besan and  turmeric powder in it.
To make pakodas , take besan
, Chopped onion, salt , red chilli powder, coriander powder and baking soda (1 PINCH) . Make a smooth paste with the help of water.

Heat oil and fry pakodas with the help of spoon.
Separate pakodas from the oil after becoming golden brown. On the other hand , heat oil  and add garlic , green chilli, onion and turmeric powder and  give  boils till the mixture of curd and,besan  cooked perfectly.
After 25 minutes ,add pakodas in it.
Now you have to make tempering of ghee, mustard seeds, dry red chilli ,asafoetida, and curry leaves.
Mix it in  the main mixture.
At last we will add salt  and green coriander leaves accordingly.
Our Punjabi curry is ready to serve. You can serve hot with zeera rice and chapati, and Parantha.
