Mango pudding



INGREDIENTS

MANGO - 2 FOR PASTE & 1 FOR PIECES 
CHIA SEEDS - 4 TBSP
COCONUT MILK - 100 ML
MILK POWDER - 1•5 TSP
WATER - 1 TBSP

METHOD


First wash & peel mango.

Now make a paste of 2 mangoes.
Add 2 TBSP of chia seeds and refrigerate it for over night.
Chop one mango finely for garnishing.
Add chia seeds and milk powder in  the coconut milk and keep it refrigerate for overnight.
 Next day  pour it insmall glasses (as shown  in the pic )layer by layer with the help of a spoon.
At last garnish it with chopped mangoes.

Milk powder is optional.
This is very healthy, delicious, and yummy mango pudding. You can serve it for 3 persons.
