Dal idli


INGREDIENTS

MOONG DAL - 1 CUP SOAKED
GINGER - 2 PIECE CHOPPED
CAPSICUM - 2  YELLOW ,& GREEN CHOPPED
CARROT 🥕 - 1 GRATED
ONION - 1/2 CUP CHOPPED
MUSTARD SEEDS - 2 TBSP
CURRY LEAVES -10
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER -1 TSP
CURD - 2 TBSP
GREEN CHILLI -4
ENO -1 TBSP
OIL - FOR GREESE
GREEN CORIANDER CHUTNEY - FOR DIP


METHOD

Wash dal and soaked in the water for 4 to 5 hours.
Grind dal with curd & green chilli.
Now add tempering of ghee, mustard seeds, asafoetida,& curry leaves to grinded dal.
Add salt ,eno, and all chopped vegetables in it.
Greese the idli maker.
Pour mixture in idli cups.
After. 10 to 15 minutes switch off the flame.
Serve these healthy,hot and tasty  idli with chutney.
