Capsicum Rice


INGREDIENTS

CAPSICUM -1/2 RED ,1/2 YELLOW ,2 GREEN (CHOPPED AS DICE)
ONION - 1 CHOPPED
CURD -1 BOWL
MALAI  -1/3 CUP
SALT - ACCORDING TO THE TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER -1 TBSP
KASURI METHI - 2 TBSP
TURMERIC POWDER -1 TSP
CORIANDER POWDER -1 TBSP
GARAM MASALA -1 TSP

GREEN CORIANDER - 1 BUNCH CHOPPED
CUMIN SEEDS - 1 TBSP
GARLIC -7 CHOPPED
GINGER -1 PIECE
GREEN CHILLI -4 CHOPPED
OIL - 2 TBSP
RICE- 2 CUP

METHOD
First chop all veggies.
Take a bowl with curd ,1 tbsp mustard oil and malai and basic spices.
Merinate capsicum and onion in it for 10 minutes.
Now take a pan and add oil, cumin seeds,green chilli, garlic and ginger.

Add merinated veggies in this pan.
Cook these veggies till it leave oil on the top.
Now garnish it with coriander.
Cook rice as you want ,boiled or zeera rice.
Now your hot capsicum rice is ready to serve.
This capsicum rice is very healthy for you because it includes vitamin C and A,fiber
