Banana chips


INGREDIENTS

RAW BANANA - 2
SALT - 1 TBSP
TURMERIC POWDER - 1 TSP
BLACK PEPPER - 1 PINCH
OIL - 1 CUP
WATER - 2 CUP

METHOD

First peel raw bananas finely with the help of knife .


 
Make chips by grater.
Take water and mix turmeric powder and salt in it.
Now  add chips in this water for 5 minutes.
Remove water and  dry these chips  for 10 minutes and spread it on clean cloth.
Now heat oil  and fry these banana chips on low flame 🔥.
You can serve banana chips hot and sprinkle pepper on it.Black pepper is totally optional
