Coconut buttermilk
INGREDIENTS
COCONUT -SMALL SIZED & CHOPPED
ROASTED CUMIN POWDER -1 TSP
BLACK SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
CUMIN SEEDS - 1/4 TSP
CURRY LEAVES - 5
MUSTARD SEEDS - 1 TSP
GHEE - 1/4 TSP
CUCUMBER 🥒 -SMALL SIZED & GRATED
METHOD
Now seieve it and collect coconut milk from it in one glass.
Add tempering of ghee, curry leaves,and mustard seeds in the glass.
Therefore ,have a full glass of fresh coconut buttermilk and stay healthy.
This delicious & healthy buttermilk is good for , thyroid, weight loss, skin,blood sugar,and antibacterial, Alzheimer's patients .This is full of nutrients, vitamin and minerals.
