CURD CHILLIES










INGREDIENTS
FENUGREEK SEEDS -1 TSP
FENNEL SEEDS - 1 TSP
CUMIN SEEDS -1 TSP
MUSTARD SEEDS - 1 TBSP
CURD  - 3 TBSP
MUSTARD OIL - 1/4 CUP
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1/4 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER -1/2 TSP
ASAFOETIDA - LITTLE BIT
NIGELLA SEEDS - -1/4 TSP
GREEN CHILLI - 100 GM

METHOD 

First  grind  mustard  seeds, cumin seeds, Fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds in mixer.
Wash and wipe gently  all green chillies.

Make one Cut in between all chillies.
Take oil and  saute these chillies and add  powder masala.
Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and Nigella  seeds and curd in it.
Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
Your curd chillies are ready to serve.
You can serve  these curd chillies for 10 days.
This is rajesthani dish and easy to cook.

In summer seasons these chillies goes with parantha, chapati, and all type of green vegetables.
 Very delicious for those who love to eat green chillies with lunch or dinner.
