Salad


INGREDIENTS

BROCOLLI - 1 CHOPPED 
CORNS -1/2 BOWL
POMEGRANATE -1 PEELED
CUCUMBER 🥒 -1 CHOPPED
COTTAGE CHEESE - 100 GM (GRILLED)
SALT - ACCORDING TO THE TASTE
BLACK PEPPER - 1 TBSP
LEMON JUICE 🍋 - 1 TBSP

METHOD

First boil chopped broccoli, and corns in water for 15 minutes.
Remove water and  seive boiled vegges.
Take a bowl and salt and pepper.Grillc cottage  cheese for 5 to 8 minutes with the help of olive oil.
Now add  chopped cucumber, pomegranate,corns, broccoli,and cheese and stir it gently.
At last add lemon juice ,it is completely optional.
