PUMPKIN NOODLES






INGREDIENTS

PUMPKIN - 1/2 kg
CAPSICUM - 2 CHOPPED
CARROT - 1 CHOPPED
GARLIC - 8 PIECES
ONION - 1 CHOPPED 
WATER -2 TO 4 CUP
PIRI PIRI MASALA -2 TBSP
COCONUT MILK -1 CUP
ATTA NOODLES -  1 PACK
OLIVE OIL - 1 TBSP
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
BLACK PEPPER - 1 TSP

METHOD
Take water in a pan & add 3 drops oil and salt  and boil it .

Now add atta noodles  in the water and boil it till it becomes cooked.
Take a pan add water, garlic, pumpkin,and piri piri masala.
Boil it till it becomes soft.
Cool it down and then make a smooth paste in the mixer with coconut milk.

Take oil in a pan and add chopped capsicum carrot and onion.
Cook these veggies for 5to 7 minutes.
Add pumpkin paste in these veggies and if you want to add some piri piri masala,salt,and pepper.
Seive noodles  and remove water  from it.
Add these atta noodles in the above veggies mix.
Mix well . Your delicious pumpkin noodles are ready to serve.you can also add pasta  in the place of noodles. It is up to you.
This is very healthy ,and tasty 😋 dish. You can serve hot 🔥 and give  one try to it.
