INGREDIENTS
SWEET POTATO -2 BOILED
WATER CHESTNUT ( SINGHARA ) -10 BOILED
POMEGRANATE- 1/2 PEELED
ONION - 1 CHOPPED
GREEN CORIANDER CHUTNEY - 5 SPOON
TAMARIND CHUTNEY - LITTLE BIT
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
ROASTED CUMIN POWDER - 1 TBSP
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1/4 TSP
CURD - 1/2 CUP
OLIVE OIL - 1 TBSP
LEMON JUICE 🍋 - 1 TBSP
METHOD
Now peel and cut sweet potato in the round shape.
Take a pan and lightly roast these sweet potato pieces one by one with the help of oil to enhance the taste of chaat.
Now add all the ingredients in the bowl and add all spices , curd, chutney,onion and pomegranate seeds.
Lastly add lemon juice on this chaat.
Your healthy chaat is ready to serve.
