INGREDIENTS
BOILED KIDNEY BEANS - 1 CUP
CAPSICUM 🫑-2 FINELY CHOPPED (GREEN & YELLOW)
ONION - 1 CHOPPED
CABBAGE 🥬 - 1 CUP CHOPPED
CARROT 🥕 -1 CHOPPED
HUNG CURD - 1 CUP
BLACK PEPPER -1 TSP
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
CUCUMBER 🥒 -1 CHOPPED
METHOD
First chopped all veggies and mix with hung curd .
Add salt pepper and boiled kidney beans.
Your healthy kidney beans salad is ready to serve.
You can add veggies which are available in your home
This salad is very healthy and full of nutrition .
You must try this if you are on weight loss journey.This plate of salad is full of magnesium, potassium & fibre. It is good for cholesterol patients and BP patients.
