Healthy snack
INGREDIENTS
RAW BANANA - 3 (BOILED)
COTTAGE CHEESE - 100 GM
GINGER - 1INCH PIECE (GRATED)
ROCK SALT -ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER -1/2 TSP
KASURI METHI - 1TBSP
OLIVE OIL - 2 TBSP
GREEN CORRIANDER CHUTNEY - AS A DIP
BlACK PEPPER -1 TSP
METHOD
Firstly do boil raw bananas in the pressure cooker.
After 2 whistle switch off the flame .
Peel these boiled bananas. Mash it and mix it with grated cheese. Add all spices as mention in the caption.
Now make small balls and press it lightly to get a good shape.
Take a pan and add oil to fry these Tikkies.
Fry these from both sides . Flame should be medium.
Now serve all the tikkies with coriander chutney as shown in pic.
Your healthy and tasty snacks are ready to serve.
You can add tamarind chutney too. This healthy dish improved digestion from the fiber in the banana and protein and calcium from the cottage cheese, which supports bone health and muscle maintenance.
