MANCHURIAN AND FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS


FOR MANCHURIAN


CABBAGE - ½ FINELY CHOPPED

RADDISH - 2 FINELY CHOPPED

CAULIFLOWER - ½ FINELY CHOPPED

ONIONS- 2 CHOPPED

ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 2 BIG SPOON

SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE

BLACK PEPPER - ¼ TEASPOON

CAPSICUM -2 GREEN,2 YELLOW,2RED

GARLIC -5 PIECES

TOMATO 🍅 SAUCE -2 BIG SPOON

CHILLI  SAUCE - 1 BIG SPOON

SOYA SAUCE - 2 BIG SPOON

OIL -FOR FRY

WATER - ½ BOWL

ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 2 TBSP( FOR THICK CONSISTENCY)FRIED RICE


RICE -2 BOWL

WATER - 5 BOWL

CAPSICUM - ,1RED ,1 GREEN AND 1YELLOW

PEAS -1 BOWL

RADDISH - 2 FINELY CHOPPED

SPRING ONION - 5 FINELY CHOPPED

GARLIC -8-9 PIECES ( CHOPPED)

SOYA SAUCE - FOR COLOUR

SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE

BLACK PEPPER - ¼ TSP


METHOD


Firstly for Manchurian,we have to mix all chopped vegetables.( Capsicum, cauliflower,and radish)

Then add salt,pepper,and all-purpose flour to it.

Now make small balls with the help of a palm.

Heat oil in the pan.

Fry all balls till they become brown.

Make sure the flame should be low.

Take another pan ,add oil, garlic, capsicum,onion,and tomato,chilli,and soya sauce. 

Cover the pan with a lid .

Add water and boil the veggies till soft.This is Manchurian curry.


On the other hand take ½ bowl of water and add 1 tbsp of all purpose flour. Mix it well. It should be lumps free.This will make  our curry more thick.

Add this bowl mixture in the pan of veggies( Manchurian curry). Boil it and add Manchurian balls in this mixture.

Our hot and tasty Manchurian is ready.

You can surve Manchurian with fried rice and noodles.

 

METHOD


To cook fried rice, first boil rice and sieve it. 

Refrigerate these boiled rice for ½ an hour.

Add oil in the pan .

Heat it and add capsicum,radish,peas,spring onion, garlic,salt,and pepper.

Mix boiled rice and add soya sauce for colour.

 Our special fried rice is ready to serve.

 This  can be served with Manchurian.

I like Manchurian and fried rice very much.

This is a very healthy, delicious,and  tempting dish because it contains all vegetables in good quantity.
