PANEER BUTTER MASALA

INGREDIENTS


ONION - 1 MEDIUM SIZE(CHOPPED)

TOMATOES - 4 (CHOPPED)

DRY RED CHILLI - 6

CASHEW NUTS - 10 PIECES

SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE

RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TBSP

KASURI METHI - 2 TBSP

GARAM MASALA -1 TSP

FRESH CREAM - ½ CUP

BUTTER - ¼ CUP

GHEE OR VEG OIL - 3 TBSP

CARDAMOM - 3

GREEN CORIANDER - CHOPPED

GREEN CHILLI - 2

CHEESE ( PANEER ) - 200 GM



METHOD


Take oil and heat it.

Add chopped onion,red dry chilli, cashew nuts and fry  this for 3 or 2 minutes.

Now add chopped tomatoes and salt.

After a few minutes add tomatoes.

Switch off the flame.

Grind this masala after cooling and make a fine paste.

Take oil in a pan and add cardamom, red chilli powder,kasuri methi,garam masala,and turmeric powder.Roast  it for 5 second.

Add  grind mixture,fresh cream and chopped green chilli in it.

Fry this mixture for 10 to 15 minutes.

Add paneer and  chopped green coriander and some salted butter in it because we have to make paneer butter masala.

Paneer butter masala is ready to serve.

You can serve this with naan ,parathas and rice.
