HOT SAMOSA

INGREDIENTS

BOILED POTATOES - 4 MEDIUM SIZE
CUMIN SEEDS - 1 TBSP
FENNEL SEEDS - 1 TBSP
GINGER - 1 INCH PIECE GRATED
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
CORIANDER POWDER - 2 TBSP
ROASTED CUMIN POWDER - 2 TBSP
RED CHILLI POWDER - ¼ TSP
GARAM MASALA - 1 TSP
KASURI METHI - 4 PINCH CRUSHED
MANGO POWDER - 1 TBSP
GREEN CHILLI - 4 CHOPPED
PEAS - ¼ CUP( FROZEN)

FOR DOUGH

ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - 2 CUP
OIL - 5 TBSP
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
CAROM SEEDS - 2 PINCH CRUSHED
WATER -½ CUP

METHOD


 Take all purpose flour,carom seeds,salt ,and oil.Now make a tight dough with the help of water.
Keep it for 30 minutes.

 For mixture
Take oil in the pan. Heat it on medium flame. Add cumin seeds, fennel seeds,ginger,peas,and green chilli.
 Add mashed potatoes and coriander powder,chilli powder,garam masala,roasted cumin powder,mango powder, fennel seeds,salt and kasuri methi. Stir it and make a fine mixture.
 Now make small balls and make a chapati with the help of a rolling pin. Cut it into two equal pieces.
 Make a samosa  filled with stuffing of potato mixture and join it with the help of water.

 Now take oil in the pan and heat it and don't forget that it should be heated properly. We will fry our samosas till they become golden brown. Serve hot samosas with tea , coffee and green sauce.
