COCONUT MILK EGG BIRYANI

INGREDIENTS

 RICE - 2 CUP
WATER -1.5 CUP
GHEE -1 TBSP
ONIONS -2 FINELY CHOPPED
TOMATO -2 FINELY CHOPPED
GINGER - 1 INCH PIECE CHOPPED
GARLIC - 8 PIECE CHOPPED
SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER -1 TBSP
CORIANDER POWDER - 2 TBSP
TURMERIC POWDER -1 TSP
CUMIN SEEDS - 1 TBSP
GARAM MASALA - 1 TBSP
COCONUT MILK - 1.5 CUP
CLOVES - 5
BAY LEAVES -2
CARDAMOM - 2
PEPPER - 12 PIECE
GREEN CHILLIES -2
EGGS - 5 BOILED

METHOD

Firstly wash rice and soaked in water. Boil eggs and peel it.
Take a pressure cooker heat it. Pour ghee then  mix bay leaf, cloves,pepper and cardamom and roast these for 3 minutes. Then add onion and roast till it become light brown. Then add tomato and salt,chilli powder,cumin seeds and roast this till tomatoes become soft. Then mix coconut milk and pieces of boiled eggs and cook it for 10 minutes. Now at last add green chilli and garam masala. Mix it. Add rice and water. Give  one whistle and open this cooker after 7 minutes.
  Now your coconut milk egg  biryani is ready to serve.
