SPICY VEG SOUP

INGREDIENTS

GARAM MASALA -1/4 TSP
PEAS - 1 CUP
GINGER - 1 INCH PIECE
TOMATO -  1 CUP CHOPPED
GREEN CORIANDER -  CHOPPED
CRACKED WHEAT -  1/2 CUP
CHENOPODIUM ALBUM (BATHUA)- 1 CUP CHOPPED
LEMON JUICE - 2 TBSP
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER -1/2 TEA SPOON
TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 TSP
WATER - 3 CUP
OIL - 2TBSP

METHOD

Firstly roast the cracked wheat in the pan on medium flame. Now take a pressure cooker and pour 1TBSP oil then mix roasted cracked wheat and chopped ginger.Now mix peas, chenopodium album,and tomato.Pour 3 cup water and mix salt, turmeric powder,and red chilli powder. Give 2 whistle and open the cooker after 5 minutes.Now mix lemon juice in prepared  soup.Serve in bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander. Your hot cracked wheat soup is ready to serve.
