MUSHROOMS BHAJI

INGREDIENTS

PEAS - 1 BOWL
CAPSICUM - 3  CHOPPED
ONION - 2 CHOPPED
TOMATO - 2 CHOPPED
MUSHROOM -125 GM CHOPPED
GARAM MASALA - 1 TSP
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP
AMCHUR POWDER  - 1 TBSP
CORIANDER POWDER - 1 TBSP
PAV BHAJI MASALA - 2 TBSP
WATER  - 1.5 CUP
OIL - 1 TBSP
BUTTER - 1 TBSP
GARLIC -6 PIECES
FINGER - 1 INCH PIECE CHOPPED
CUMIN SEEDS -1 TBSP
CAROM SEEDS - 1 TSP

METHOD


Take pan and pour butter and oil. Now mix carom and cumin seeds. Roast them  then mix onion , tomato, capsicum,peas and chopped mushrooms. Now add  all the masalas and lastly add some water. Mix it well. Cover the lid for 7 - 10 minutes. Your spicy mushrooms veg is ready to serve. You can serve this bhaji with Chapati,parathas,and nans.
