INGREDIENTS

ONIONS - 6
TOMATOES - 4 MEDIUM SIZE
RICE  - 2 CUP
CURD - 1 CUP
GINGER GARLIC PASTE -1 TEA SPOON
EGGS - 6 BOILED
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
CHILLI POWDER - 3 TBSP
TURMERIC POWDER - 1 TBSP
BAY LEAF -2
CARDAMOM -3
CINNAMON - 1 PIECE
STAR LINCE - 2
CLOVES - 5
CORIANDER POWDER -2 TSP
CORIANDER LEAFS - FOR GARNISHING
GREEN CHILLIES- 3
GHEE-3 TBSP
GARAM MASALA -1 TBSP
WATER - 2 CUPS

METHOD

 Take a pan and pour 1 tbsp  ghee . Heat the pan and take boiled eggs and slit on it. Now in ghee we will add salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder.,and boiled eggs . Roast these eggs as shown in picture.
  Take another pan and pour 1 tbsp ghee and roast 4  chopped onions till it will become brown.
Take curd in a bowl and mix  salt, turmeric  coriander powder and chilli powder and mix properly.
     Now take pressure cooker add 2 tbsp ghee and then add bay leaf ,star lince,cloves , cardamom,cinamon,some salt and add chopped onion and stuff it will become pink. Now add chopped tomatoes,garam masala,ginger garlic paste and add curd mixture in it. Now add soak basmati rice,thenmix it well. Now add brown roasted onions which we have prepared in pan. Put roasted slint eggs and at last we add 2 cups of water and coriander leafs.  Flame shoud be medium and after two whistles turn off the stove and open this cooker after 10 minutes. Because it will take time for sattle.
  Now you can serve this egg biryani . It will take. 30 minutes for preparation. It will enough for 3 or 4 persons.
