SPICY CHUNK BIRYANI
RICE - 2 BOWL
ONION - 2 CHOPPED
TOMATO - 2 CHOPPED
CLOVES - 4
BAY LEAF - 2
CARDAMOM - 1
CORIANDER - 1 BUNCH
COCONUT -( CHOPPED) 4 SPOON
GINGER - CHOPPED 1 INCH
GARLIC - 6 PIECES CHOPPED
GREEN CHILLI - 3
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TBSP
TURMERIC - 1/2 TSP
SALT - ACCORDING TO THE TASTE
SOYA CHUNKS - 15
STAR ANISE - 2
CINEMON - 3 OR 4
MINT - 1 BUNCH
GHEE - 2 TBSP
METHOD
Take a cooker and put ghee in it then put , bay leaf, clove star anise, cinnamon, cardemom , and onion and chopped tomato and stir it.
In the side we will take mixi jar and grind ginger, garlic, coconut, mint, coriander and salt, red chilli powder and green chillies and some water.
Now we will put this grind mixture in cooker and mix it well. Flame should be medium. And now in this whole mixture we will mix, soaked soya chunks and soaked rice and some water. According to the taste, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder mixed in the cooker and heat it for only 2 whistle. At last garnish your soya chunks biryani with green coriander.
