INGREDIENTS
MILK - 1. 5 LITRE
CARDAMOM POWDER - 1 TSP
LEMON JUICE - 4 TSP
SUGAR - 1/2 CUP
ALMONDS - 6-8 CHOPPED
CASHEW NUTS - 5-6 CHOPPED
PISTACHIOS - 5-7 CHOPPED
WATER - 4 CUP
SAFFRON - 10 THREADS
METHOD
Take a pan and pour 1 litre milk. Switch on the flame and boil it. When it is boiled Switch off the flame and mix lemon juice slowly,and stir till it will leave chenna and water.
Now separate the chena with the help of seave or malmal cloth.
On the other hand take 1/5 litre milk in another pan and boil it on low flame and when it comes to half of it then mix cardamom powder and saffron. Then add some sugar and dry fruits according to your taste. And keep it aside.
Chase the cheena with the help of your palm for 20 minutes and do not go until the ghee starts to separate.
Now make some small balls and boil some water and add sugar in it and put these balls in boiling water, don't forget flame should be medium. You will see that balls will become big in size. Now boil these balls from the both sides and take them out and drain all the water from chenna.
Keep these chenna balls dipped into the saffron milk safely. Now your favorite sweet dish ras malai is ready. Put this dish for 2to 3 hours in refrigerator for cooling.
Now your sweet dish is ready to serve.
