VEGE PICKLE


INGREDIENTS

COLIFLOWER - 1
CARROTS - 5
TURNIP - 2
MUSTERD SEEDS - 1 TEASPOON
MUSTERD OIL - 2 TBSP
SALT - ACCORDING TO THE TASTE TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2  TEA SPOON
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1/4 TEA SPOON

METHOD

Take all the vegetables, peel them and wash them properly.  Now cut them finely. Then take a pan and pour some water in it. Boil the water. Firstly boil turnip pieces  for 5 minutes then take out them from water. Secondly dip coliflower  and then carrots pieces one by one.
Now take a jar, pour some mustered oil, salt, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder and grinded mustered seeds. Now put all the boiled vegetables into the jar, and  shake well. After 2 or3 days this vegetable pickle is ready to eat. Now taste this pickle and share your views with me.
