GREEN CHILLI PICKLE

INGREDIENTS

CHILLI - 250 GM
MUSTERD OIL - 1/2CUP
SALT - ACCORDING TO THE TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1/2 TEA SPOON
MUSTERD SEEDS - 25 GM
TARTNESS- FOR TASTE
TURMERIC POWDER - 1 TEA SPOON
FENNEL SEEDS - 100 GM

METHOD

 First of all take fresh green chillies and wash it properly and leave it for one hour.
Now wipe up with clean cloth. Cut chilies from top to bottom in the middle side.
   Now we have to take mustard seeds and fennel seeds and grind both things separately in mixer. Don't forget that mix should bet thicker and not should be fine grinded. Now we will take salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder , tartness and mix it with mustered oil. This mix is used as a filling in green chillies. Take a jar and and filled this jar with these mix filled chillies and put this jar in sunlight for four days. These four days you have to shake this jar for once or twice   everyday. Now fill this jar with some mustered oil and now you can keep inside and you have to mix these chillies with oil.
Your fresh green chilli pickle of Punjabi style is ready to eat.
   Don't make this pickle in large quantity because this pickle  gives taste for a short period. So make this in small quantity.
