CHRISTMAS SPECIAL RUM CAKE


INGREDIENTS

RUM - 1/2 CUP
EGGS - 2
FLOUR - 3 CUP
BAKING POWDER - 1 TSP
BAKING SODA - 2 TSP
DRY FRUIT - 1 CUP
MILK - 1 CUP
POWDERED SUGAR - 1 1/2 CUP
VANILLA EXTRACT - 1 TSP
OLIVE OIL - 1/2 CUP

METHOD

As you know  Christmas is next day so you will make a cake yes! Today we will make a RUM CAKE. Take all dry ingredients except sugarand pass through them a sieve and mix it well. Now wet ingredients, first take eggs and sugar and beat them together till it becomes fluffy. Then rum, oil, vanilla extract and mix them well. And now slowly add milk to it till its consistency becomes like ribbon. Preheat your microvave at 250 degree. Greece your pan and pour the batter in it.
Now add dry fruits on top and in it. Bake on the rack for 15 to 20 minutes. After cake bakes check it with tooth pick. Now pork some holes at the bottom of the cake and pour the sugar syrup, which is made up of 1/3 CUP of sugar and 1/4  CUP water in a pan.
    On this occasion , it is best eaten with ice creams and caramel and black coffee.
