CARROT KHEER


INGREDIENTS

CARROTS - 250 GM
MILK - 1 KG
SUGAR - 1 CUP
DRY FRUITS - FOR GARNISH
CARDAMOM POWDER - 1 PINCH
METHOD -

Take carrots.and wash them well. Now take a deep pan and pour milk in it and boil it.
  Grind carrots and mix this in boil milk and cook until they mix very well and then add some sugar and cardamom powder and garnish your carrot  kheer with dry fruits.
