HEALTHY AMLA CHUTNEY









INGREDIENTS

RED CHILLI POWDER - 1/2 TEA SPOON
RAISINS - 10-20
ROASTED CUMIN SEEDS POWDER - 1/2 TSP
GOOSEBERRY (AMLA) - 500  GM
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
AROMATIC MIXTURE OF GROUND SPICES 1/2 TSP
CAROM SEED - 1/4 TSP
BLACK SALT - 1/2 TSP
BAY LEAF - 2 SMALL
JAGGERY - 250 GM
OIL - 2 TBSP
DRY RED CHILLI - 2

METHOD

First wash all the gooseberry and take a pan. Boil some water in it and dip all the amlas in it and boil it for some time. You will see that amlas were opening their petals now switched off the flame. Take out amlas from the boiled water and take out seed from amlas and mashed it properly.
Take another pan with some oil and heat it now put red chilli, bay leaf, carom seed, aromic mixture of ground spices, salt, and black salt. Then mix the mashed amlas mix in it and cook the amla. Then mix jaggery and cooked it untill the water will soak. You have cooked this amla chutney  at the medium flame. Mix all the rest ingredients in it.   Now in 10 or 15 minutes your chutney will be ready. Now cool down this chutney  and this is ready to serve.
