Veg mushrooms galauti kababs




Mushroom kebabs are a low-calorie, high-fiber, and nutrient-dense, vegetarian appetizer packed with immune-boosting antioxidants, selenium, and B-vitamins. They

INGREDIENTS 

MUSHROOMS - 150 GM

CASHEW NUTS -8

GARLIC CLOVES - 7

ONION - 2. ROUGHLY CHOPPED 

OIL- 2TBSP

SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE 

RED CHILLLI POWDER -1/2 TSP

TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 TSP

CORRIANDER POWDER - 1 TBSP

BESAN - 2 TO 3 TBSP

CARDAMOM POWDER -1/3 TSP


METHOD 

To make these galauti kababs we have to boil mushrooms in the boiled water with some salt for 5 to 6 minutes.

 Take oil in a pan and add onions , garlic and cashews  and roast it till it becomes thick golden brown in color.

Now remove water from mushrooms and make a smooth paste of mushrooms and caramelized onion without adding water.

Take oil in  a pan and add besan and paste with  all spices . Stir it ,till it becomes thick and leave surface of a pan.

Make round shaped kababs with the help of palm and roast it in a pan from both sides.

 Serve hot with paranthas ,onions  and green coriander chutney.
