Instant mango pickle .


INGREDIENTS 


CUMIN SEEDS - 1 BIG SPOON 

CORRIANDER SEEDS -1 BIG SPPON

BLACK PEPPER -1 TSP

FENNEL SEEDS - 1TBSP

FENUGREEK SEEDS - -1 BIG SPOON 

ASAFOETIDA - 1 TSP

KALAUNGI - 1 TBSP

SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE 

TURMERIC POWDER - 1 TSP

RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP

RAW MANGO -3 MEDIUM SIZE

MUSTARD OIL .- TO DIP  OUR PICKLE COMPLETELY.


METHOD 


First wash mangoes and dry them  .

Cut the mangoes and remove seeds .

Roast all spices and make a mixture out  of it.

Now heat oil, add asafoetida and grind roasted spices  mixture and chopped mangoes .

Take a dry jar and add  this pickle in  a jar .

You can use this pickle after 2 days .
