PICKLES



INGREDIENTS 

CHILLI - 200 GM

MUSTARD SEEDS (YELLOW  & RED) - 2 TBSP EACH

MUSTARD OIL-  1.5 CUP

SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE 

CUMIN SEEDS 1 TBSP

CORRIANDER SEEDS  - 1 TBSP

KALAUNJI - 1/2 TSP

FENNEL SEEDS - 1 TBSP

CARROM SEEDS - 1 TBSP

ASAFOETIDA - 2 PINCH

GINGER 🫚  - 2 BIG PIECES 

GARLIC  🧄 PIECES 14 TO 15





METHOD 

First wash and dry  all green chilies .

Remove their stems finely.

 Make a paste of chili ginger & garlic .


Paste should not be fine it should be dardara .

Now  roast all spices  and make a fine powder of it.

Add this powder in chilli ginger and garlic paste .Meanwhile prepare oil with asafoetida.

Mix this oil in our pickle .

Keep it in dry and clean jar .

Your spicy , tasty and  fresh pickle is ready to serve.

You can eat this pickle  till one month.
