Malai kofta
INGREDIENTS
TOMATOES 🍅 - 3 CHOPPED
ONIONS - 2 CHOPPED
CASHEWS - 1 CUP
CINNAMON - 1 PIECE
BAY LEAF - 1
GARLIC - 5 PIECE
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1/2 TSP
DRY CORIANDER POWDER - 1 TSP
GARAM MASALA - 1 TSP
MAWA 100 GM
COTTAGE CHEESE - 50 GM
BOILED POTATO - 3 MASHED
CORIANDER LEAVES 🍃 -1 BUNCH CHOPPED
OIL - TO FRY KOFTAS
KASURI METHI -2 TBSP
TURMERIC POWDER - 1 TSP
BLACK PEPPER - 1/2 TSP
METHOD
Mix mawa , cheese , and potatoes. salt and pepper and make small balls.
Fry these balls in oil .
Take a pan & add oil cumin seeds ,bay leaf , cinnamon , garlic , onion , tomatoes , cashews , salt , red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric-powder.
Cover the lid of the pan.
After cooling this mix , make a smooth paste in the jar.
Add some oil ,this paste and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes . till oil releases.
Then add balls and kasuri methi and coriander leaves in malai kofta.
This easy to cook recipe of malai kofta can be serve to 4 persons. You can serve hot with rice ,paranthas and naan too .
