Healthy breakfast




 INGREDIENTS 

OATS - 1/2 CUP

CURD -2 CUP

MUSTARD SEEDS -1 TBSP

CURRY LEAVES 🍃 - 3 

PEANUTS 🥜 - 1/4 CUP

CUCUMBER - 1 GRATED

CARROT 🥕-2 GRATED 

BEATROOT - 1 GRATED

SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE 

BLACK PEPPER - 1/2

POMEGRANATE  - 1 CUP




METHOD 

 Firstly we take a jar and add soaked oats in the curd in it.


Add salt & pepper in it.

Then add grated cucumber layer on it .

Then add carrot layering.

Add curd layer on it.

Add beetroot layering on the top.

Then add pomegranate and tempering of mustard seeds , curry leaves and peanuts on it .

Cover the lid of jar and cool it for 15 minutes.

Your healthy and tasty breakfast is ready to eat.
