Lehsuni methi


 INGREDIENTS 

FENUGREEK  LEAVES -100 GM ( methi )

GARLIC CLOVES- 12  TO 15

CASHEW NUTS -9

PEANUTS -15 

WHITE SESAME SEEDS -1/2 CUP

SALT -ACCORDING TO TASTE

WATER 2 -CUPS

ASAFOETIDA -1 .5 TBSP

CUMIN SEEDS -1TSP

RED CHILLI POWDER -1/2TSP

WHOLE RED CHILLI 🌶️ -3

MUSTARD OIL -2TBSP

METHOD 

 Firstly  take a pan with oil and cumin seeds and 5 garlic cloves. Add chopped green methi and little  bit of salt.



Cook it for 5 to 7 minutes.switch off the flame.

Meanwhile grind cashews, sesame seeds,and peanuts with little water. Make a fine paste.

Now  add oil ,  chopped 10 cloves of garlic ,methi and this paste and cook it for 5 to  8 minutes.

Add salt, and turmeric powder in it.

 Now make a temper with oil , red chilli, and asafoetida and mix  this in the methi.

Now your lehsuni methi is ready . You can pair it with makke ki roti or wheat chapati.

Lehsuni methi is good for digestion , blood sugar control and heart health , hair and skin health.
