Immunity Booster (Amla Kanji)

 INGREDIENTS 


GOOSEBERRY - 1/2 KG

RAW TURMERIC -250 GM

GREEN CHILLI -8 DIVIDED IN TWO PARTS

SALT - 1.5 TBSP

YELLOW MUSTARD SEEDS - 3 TBSP

WATER -2 LITRE


METHOD

Pour 2 litre water in a jar and add all ingredients like chopped gooseberry, chilli , turmeric and roughly grinder mustard seeds , salt.

 Cover this jar with malmal cloth or net cloth .

Keep this jar  in the sunlight for 3 to 4 days.

After 3 days you will get fermented water or immunity booster kanji.

Have it one small shot in the morning  empty stomach .

You should eat something after 1/2 an hour  of drinking kanji.

This kanji is very healthy , probiotic power house rich in vitamin C.

This Indian immunity booster drink  good for heart, gut health, skin & hair, detoxify our body.
