Meethi roti

 




INGREDIENTS 


WHEAT FLOUR - 3 CUP

JAGGERY - MELTED IN  1 .5 CUP OF WATER

GHEE -2 To 3 TBSP

WATER -1.5 CUP FOR DOUGH

FENNEL SEEDS POWDER - 3TBSP

FENNEL SEEDS -  1 TBSP

METHOD 

 Make a dough of  wheat flour by adding water , jaggery mix,fennel seeds powder, ghee and fennel seeds.


Dough should be not very soft or not should be very tight.

Now make a  balls and  make  round shaped roti with the help of rolling pin . 


Take a tava  and heat it with low flame .

Cook  sweet roti on a low flame slowly and gently.

These meethi roti has many many benifits like:
