Rice chips


INGREDIENTS 

RICE FLOUR - 1 BOWL

WATER  - 2 .5 CUP

SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE

GHEE - 1 TSP

OREGANO - 1 TBSP

WHITE SESAME SEEDS-1 TBSP

BLACK SESAME SEEDS - 1 TBSP

REF CHILLI 🌶️ POWDER -1 TSP

GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES -  CHOPPED 


METHOD 

Firstly boil water in a pan . Add ghee & salt in it.

Then add flour and mix it finely.

Cook it for 2 minutes and cover the lid of pan for 2 minutes.


Switch off the flame and keep it   10 minutes for rest.

Make a dough  by adding white,black  sesame seeds and  chopped  coriander . then make small balls of the dough.

Make small chips out of the dough by pressing it.

 Air fry these chips  on 200degree for 15 minutes.

Your healthy snack is ready to serve. You can have it with tomato sauce or with  coriander chutney.
