Coconut laddoos & kaju katli


INGREDIENTS 


DRY COCONUT - 1SMALL IN SIZE

ALMOND - 1 CUP

CASHEW NUTS - 1/2 CUP

RAISINS -15 PIECES 

CARDAMOM POWDER - 2 PINCH

 METHOD 


 Firstly cut coconut in pieces and grind it to make laddoos.

Now grind all dry fruits and mix it in tha coconut mixer.

Add cardamom powder to enhance the taste.

Now make small laddoos of it .


No need of any ingredient to bind laddoos& no need of sugar.

It will easily bind because coconut releases oil.

Your tasty , healthy and  festival style laddoos are ready to serve.

 You can add any dry fruits whatever you want.

INGREDIENTS 

CASHEW NUTS -2 SMALL BOWL

SUGER - 1/2  SAME BOWL 

CARDAMOM POWDER -1PINCH

GHEE -1 SPOON

WATER -2.5 SAME BOWL

METHOD 


Firstly make powder of cashew nuts. Remember that cashews do not release oil.Now seive this powder to get fine powder.

Boil water in other pan and add sugar.  Boil it till sugar melt.

Add cashew powder and cardamom powder in this boil water.

Mix it till it becomes slightly thick in consistency.

You can check it by cooling it .

Now you can fix it in thali. And don’t forget to grease the thali with ghee.

Cut the diamond shape pieces after refrigerating for 10 minutes.

Your pure, healthy ,home style kaju barfi is ready  for occasion.

 You can toping it as what you want.
