Manoranjan Dhaba
Exploring Katra & A Must-Visit: Manoranjan Dhaba!
We recently visited Katra (Jammu) to explore its serene beauty and, most importantly, to have darshan of Maa Vaishno Devi. During our
spiritual journey, we stayed in Katra for 2 days—and it turned out to be a truly refreshing experience!
One of the highlights of our stay was the food, especially at the very famous and purely vegetarian eatery — Manoranjan Dhaba. This place is a gem for food lovers, offering delicious and pocket-friendly meals.
🍽️ What We Ate:
We enjoyed their mouth-watering Aloo Parathas for
breakfast and the ever-popular Rajma Chawal for dinner.
The food here is not only tasty but also gives you a homely feeling—simple, flavorful, and comforting.
📍 About Manoranjan Dhaba:
It is said to be one of the oldest and most iconic dhabas in Katra, loved by both tourists and locals alike. Known for serving pure vegetarian food, Manoranjan Dhaba is conveniently located near the Katra Bus Stand.
