KANHAIYA ‘S KULCHA

We visited Kanhaiya’s famous kulcha shop in Katra(Jammu) and it was an absolute delight!

🍽️ He serves four mouth-watering varieties of kulcha – Matar kulcha, Nutrila kulcha ,Kalhari kulcha, and more – all hot, buttery, and bursting with spicy flavors. 🔥 Kalhari is  a type of  cottage cheese that  found in  Katra . 

Out of all, my favorite was the Matar kulcha – crispy on the

outside and perfectly spiced inside. 😋
