Rasam rice


INGREDIENTS 
TUHAR DAL - 1/2 CUP
RICE - 1  CUP
ONION - 1 CHOPPED
TOMATO - 2 CHOPPED
SAMBHAR MASALA - 2 TBSP
GREEN CHILLI - 4 CHOPPED
GARLIC - 8 PIECES CHOPPED
MUSTARD SEEDS - 1 TBSP
CURRY LEAVES - 8
CUMIN SEEDS -1 TSP
DRY RED CHILLIES -3
TARAMIND WATER - 2 CUP
OIL - 2 TBSP 
WATER -4 BOWL
ASAFOETIDA- 2 PINCH 
 
METHOD



Soak taramind  in water for rasam rice.
 Take a pressure cooker and add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion, tomato, and garlic. Fry this for 7 minutes.
Add rice, salt, turmeric powder, Sambhar powder, red chilli powder, and green chilli in it.
Now add    5 bowls of water.

Give 4 whistles to cooker.
Remove pressure and  at last add taramind water in rice. 
Garnish  rice with corriander leaves.
Rasam rice  are ready to hot serve.
