High Protein soup


INGREDIENTS

BLACK CHICKPEAS -1 BOWL
ONION - 1/2 CHOPPED
GARLIC - 6 PIECES
GINGER -1 PIECE CHOPPED
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
WATER -2 BOWL
CUMIN SEEDS -1 TBSP
GHEE - 2 TBSP
RED CHILLI POWDER -1 TSP


METHOD

First wash chickpea and soak it for 4 to 5 hours.
Add salt,onion, ginger , garlic and water and boil it in pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
Mash boiled chickpea by blender or mixi.
Prepare ghee cumin seeds  , red chilli powder tempering.

Mix this tempering in black chickpea soup.
Serve  hot and garnish it with coriander leaves.You can adjust its consistency by adding some water too.
Very healthy and delicious soup is full of protein, nutrients, vitamin and minerals.
