INGREDIENTS

GREEN MOONG WHOLE DAL - 1 CUP
SAMOLINA - 1/2 CUP
GINGER - 1 PIECE
GREEN CHILLI - 4TO 5
GARLIC - 6 PIECES
WATER - 1 CUP
OIL -4 TBSP
CURRY LEAVES -8
MUSTARD SEEDS - 2 TBSP
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1/2 TBSP
ASAFOETIDA - 1 PINCH

METHOD


Wash & soak dal in the water for 4 hours.
Remove water and add ginger ,chilli,,garlic, salt samolina to make fine paste in mixi jar.
Now add salt , chilli powder, corriander powder,and garam masala in this paste.

Now make a small balls and steam these balls in idli maker or rice cooker.
Now to make a tempering add oil, mustard seeds,asafoetida,and curry leaves.
Add steamed balls in it.
Your  healthy and tasty magode are ready to serve.
You can serve  this with coconut chutney or green chutney or tomato sauce.
Now you can have it in dinner or as a snacks.
