Chickpea Salad


INGREDIENTS

CHICKPEA - 2 CUP
CAPSICUM - 2 CHOPPED
GARLIC -8 PIECES CHOPPED 
GREEN CHILLI -3 CHOPPED
HUNG CURD - OF 1 /2 KG CURD 
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER -1/2 TSP
CHAAT MASALA -2 TSP
GARAM MASALA -1/2 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 TSP
BlACK PEPPER -1 TSP
WATER - FOR BOILING CHICKPEAS
OIL -1 TBSP
ONION- 1 CHOPPED
🍅 TOMATO -1 CHOPPED
CUCUMBER 🥒- 2 GRATED


METHOD
First soak chickpea for 1 hour.
Boil soaked chickpea  in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
Pour oil in the pan and add onion, capsicum, chilli,tomato and garlic.
At last add chickpea in the pan.
Cook this for 5 to 10 minutes and add spices in it.
Switch off the flame.
After cooling, add cucumber,& hung curd.
Mix it well and serve with love.
You can garnish it with corriander leaves.
This is very healthy , delicious, and can serve with chapati too.
Chickpea is healthy for reducing weight, and full of protein.
It promotes brain health.
