KARONDE KI SABJI

INGREDIENTS

KARONDE -50 GM
GREEN CHILLI - 8 
FENNEL SEEDS - 1 TBSP
METHI DANA -1 TSP
SALT - ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER -1 TSP
GARAM MASALA -1 TSP
CUMIN SEEDS -1 TSP
MUSTARD OIL -3 TBSP
CARROM SEEDS -1 TSP
CORRIANDER POWDER -2 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER -1 TSP
ASAFOETIDA -2 PINCH

METHOD
Wash karonde, and chilli.
Remove seeds and cut  karonde and chilli.
Heat mustard oil in a pan.
Add all ingredients.
Cook for 4 minutes  and cover with  lid. surve chatpate karaunde ki sabji with chapati , paranthe,and poori.
Karonda cherries  contain vitamins and megnisium.
It is very beneficial for our mental health.
