JAMUN FIZZ



INGREDIENTS

JAMUN - 100 GM
GINGER - 1 INCH PIECE
SUGAR -2 TBSP
BLACK SALT - 1 TSP
SODA WATER - 1 BOTTLE
CHIA SEEDS - 2 TBSP

METHOD

Soaked chia seeds overnight in the water.
First wash and chopped all jamuns and remove seeds from it.
Now take a mixer jar and add  ginger ,sugar, and Salt.
Make a fine paste of it.
Add 1 spoon of  paste in one glass .
Now add soda water.
Add soaked chia seeds in  fizz.


Your fresh jamun fizz is ready to serve.
You can garnish it with green coriander or mint leaves.
You can add some lemon drops in it that is optional.
Jamuns are very beneficial for diabetic patients.
The presence of vitamins A and C in jamun detoxifies the body and provides relief from digestive disorders. Chia seeds are healthy and  beneficial for weight loss.
