INGREDIENTS
CUCUMBER 🥒 - 2 CHOPPED AS SLICES
GARLIC - 8 TO 9 PIECES GRATED
CHILLED CURD - 2 BIG SPOONS
GREEN CORIANDER - FINELY CHOPPED
LEMON JUICE 🍋- 1/2 LEMON IS ENOUGH
CHAAT MASALA - 1 TSP
METHOD
Peel cucumber 🥒 and cut as thin slices.
Add curd, chaat masala, lemon juice, coriander, and garlic in cucumber slices.
Cucumber 🥒 salasar is ready to serve .
