Swanjne ki phali
INGREDIENTS
MUSTARD OIL -2 TBSP
MORINGA - 300 GM
WATER - 2 CUP
ONIONS -2 CHOPPED
GINGER- 1 PIECE CHOPPED
TOMATO 🍅-2 CHOPPED
CURD -2 BIG SPOON
SALT -ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER - ACCORDING TO TASTE
CORIANDER POWDER -2 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER -1.5 TSP
GARAM MASALA -2 TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES -FOR GARNISH
METHOD
First' wash and peel moringa ( swanjne ki phali) and cut into small pieces.
Take mustard oil in a pan.
Add all masalas and moringa in it.
Cover it with lid for 3 minutes.
Add curd and cook it for 4 minutes.
Serve this vegetable with chapati , paranthas, and poori.
Moringa vegetable is beneficial for our body.This vegetable protects and nourish s our skin and hair,good for liver,stomach,and prevents Cancer.As an antioxidant, it seems to help protect cells from damage.
