Swanjne ki phali

INGREDIENTS

MUSTARD OIL -2 TBSP
MORINGA - 300 GM
WATER -  2 CUP
ONIONS -2 CHOPPED
GINGER- 1 PIECE CHOPPED
TOMATO 🍅-2 CHOPPED
CURD -2 BIG SPOON
SALT -ACCORDING TO TASTE
RED CHILLI POWDER - ACCORDING TO TASTE
CORIANDER POWDER -2 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER -1.5 TSP
GARAM MASALA -2 TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES -FOR GARNISH
METHOD

First' wash and peel  moringa ( swanjne ki phali) and cut into small pieces.
Boil in cooker.
Take mustard oil in a pan.
Add all masalas and moringa in it.
Cover it with lid for 3 minutes.
Add curd and cook it for 4 minutes.
Now garnish this with coriander.
Serve  this vegetable with chapati , paranthas, and poori.
Moringa vegetable  is beneficial for our body.This vegetable protects and nourish s our skin and hair,good for liver,stomach,and prevents Cancer.As an antioxidant, it seems to help protect cells from damage. Moringa might also help decrease inflammation and reduce pain.Moringa is good for thyroid, dipression, kidney stone,and diabetes.
